Together with Miami’s J. Wakefield, we previously brewed Brush, and in the U.S., Eton Mess Brush was released. Now, we can offer a barrel-aged version of Eton Mess Brush that has been aged in bourbon barrels and barrels from Norwegian Midsummer Hot Sauce.

Bottle from The Star & Garter, Bromley. Rich nose of dark chocolate, dark roast coffee, bourbon, coconut, cinnamon. Taste is much the same as above with oodles of spicy chilli warming the gullet. Boozy sweet with lots of chilli heat.

Bottle as a gift from the strait and narrow. Jet black with a slim head. Aroma and taste are rich chocolate some chilli and light sweet. Full rich body.

Svart uten skum. Lukter mørk sjokolader, fat og moskovadosukker. Fyldig. Smaker mørk sjokolade, fat med lang chili i avslutningen.

Bottled 330ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Pitch black coloured, medium sized brown head that went away fast, coconut and light vanilla in the nose. Heavy coconut, coffee, light marshmallows and vanilla with warming finish. Light chili in the aftertaste. Enjoyable.

Malm� February tasting - dark sweet opulent malty with layers of velvety chocolate, some nice coconut and spiced interplay going on, full bodied, spiced warming dark malty close. Lovely stuff.
