Deep copper with a pleasant white head. A broad malt backbone holds up a sharp bitter hop profile. Some citrus and noble hops to go along with light bread malt sweetness. Medium bodied. Finish is bitter and mildly dry. Was expecting a hack job IPA but this is actually pretty solid. It’s a bit uninspired but it’s not a bad brew.

12 ounce can. Pours a golden hue with a medium white head. A soft fruity nose. Toast, caramel, some tropical hops, smooth, nice creamy body. Solid.

Can from YaMaYa, Kyoto. Poured a hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light toffee resin, light fruit, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp. malt, light fruit, light metallic hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can shared from a shop in Kyoto. Near clear golden with a white head. Aroma of fruity hops, citrus and light malt. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with above light carbonation.

Can from Lawson. Citrus nose, some honey and stone fruit esters. Deep go,den orange, clear, medium head. Quite sweet, orange, grapefruit, touch of caramel, honey. Slightly interesting tropical fruits as well. Crisp finish, rather high carbonation. Not bad. A bit too sweet.
