[5/11/17] Bottle at Koelschip in Copenhagen. Lovely deep red with a big pink head. Big raspberries aroma, juicy, some funk, oak, earth, cobwebs, lemony, a bit of spiciness, sour, puckering, rounded mouthfeel. Amazing.

Bottle - Thanks Barrak for the drive by pour. Fresh jammy raspberry. Clear red with a small white head. Bright raspberry and a touch of acidity.

[ As Bokkereyder Saison Framboos 2016 ].Clear medium to dark red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, pink - off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, saison yeast, moderate to heavy raspberry, sweet raspberry, tart raspberry, autumn raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a average duration, tart, raspberry, autumn raspberry, sweet raspberry, dry, funky, thin. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. Bottled. A hazy red beer with a pinkish head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, wood, spices, and raspberries. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, raspberries, wppd, and spices, leading to a tart finish.
