Diluted golden with a wispy white head. A bit of must right off the bat followed by light acidic notes but not over the top- just a light amount. A bit of oak followed by earth along side a touch of well-integrated grapes and citrus notes. Medium bodied. Finish is medium-dry with light acidity. Beautiful beer.

Armsby draught, 4/20/24. Gentle chill haze. Brass-bronze. Small, white head highs rim. Delicately fruity, grape-forward, but lacking that annoying, punchy acid that dominates so many grape beers. Lovely barnyard quickly follows with light oak and rich, fruity Brett lingering on the finish. Rich, juicy, lush with well-developed viognier character. Bright and rustic with soft barnyard undercurrents and a youthful oakiness. Moderate lactic acidity coupled with Brett. Citrusy almost, at times. The grapes are both wonderfully developed yet also well-integrated. Impressive for (what I assume) is the most recent batch. Excellent balance. Pleasingly tart and round. Malty and well-attenuated.

Floral, funky and vinous with some sourness and earthiness. Tasty and complex
