恐らく皆さんがウィートラガーというスタイルから連想するテイストとは、かなり異なります。
スタイルに “Heavy Dryhopped” とあえて記載するほどドッサリとホップを投入し、ジューシー&トロピカルアロマを追求しました。
もちろん小麦使用したビールならではの滑らかで丸い口当たりと、苦味は最小限に抑えたことにより、まるでミックスジュースのようなテイストです。
小麦由来の薄く濁った見た目から”おぼろ”と名付けました。ブルベリー、バブルガム、グレープフルーツ、トロピカルフルーツを思わせるジューシーなアロマを堪能してください。

Tap at Bungalow, Kyoto. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is grainy malt, yeasty, light zesty citrus, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, fresh, light yeast, fruity, juicy citrus, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Draft at Craftman, Kyoto. Near clear golden with a white head. Aroma of fruity hops, citrus and light malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at bungalow. Great hop nose, grapefruit, orange, mango, pineapple, biscuit malt. Hazy deep golden-orange with a thick, low head. Juicy, sweet flavor, a bit too sweet, biscuity wheat, rich and full. More wintery than springlike. Finish is a bit bland but good.
