We proudly present our latest collaboration with Heroes Bottles Co, an innovative venture that specializes in sourcing exquisite glass bottles for drinkers who have sworn their lives away to glass bottled beers.
This Bottled American Pilsner is not only dry-hopped, but carefully bottle-mashed, dry-bottled and heavily bottle-worshiped with top quality glass bottles so fine that one could almost smell its elegance at first sniff.
The pilsner malt and citrusy hop flavors serve to complement the delicate glass hearts of the bottled beer followers. The beer finishes dry like the lives of those who always demand a bottled beer at the bar.

330mL bottle at Craftissimo, pours a cloudy peachy golden with a monstrously large white head. Aroma reveals pungent dry hop pellets, almost smelling like unfermented wort. Flavour is on the fruitier side than I expected, with grassy hops, biscuity malt, and some gentle tropical fruit. Bright and fruity. Not so pilsner like, but it's pleasant nonetheless.

Draft at Tap the Ale Project, Hong Kong. Poured a hazy golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, mineral, earthy, stone fruits, light floral, perfume. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, slightly watery, light fruit, dry floral hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Draft at TAP, Hong Kong. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of fruity hops, lemon and strange herbal hop notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
