Hong Kong White Lager is no ordinary lager. It is specially brewed for the taste of Hong Kong, the culture and the people. Made primarily with wheat, which gives the beer a silky smooth mouthfeel. Dry hopped using American and German hops enhance a refreshing fruity aroma. Light body, high carbonation and a beautiful golden cloudy hue makes Hong Kong White Lager an excellent everyday beer. Enjoy it with any dishes at any event. You’d be surprised how good it is.

Bottle. Pours faintly cloudy dark yellow with very small frothy off-white head, malt aroma, high carbonation, initially sweet malt taste, grassy hops, faint citrus, medium body, longish finish. Not very inspiring.

Draft at Hong Kong Island Taphouse, Hong Kong. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, light fruits and light green hops. Flavour is light sweet and above light bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

Tap at the Hong Kong Island Taphouse. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, citrus, light floral hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, slightly watery, light dry woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
