Tasting at Erik's, bottle
Dark brown colour. Smell of rotten fruit, it's sour, a bit earthy. Mild sourness in the mouth too, some sweetness.
It's infected, and the underlying beer doesn't seem to be special anyway.

Light brown colour, no head. On the nose, quite tart. Very tart. There's still some underlying sweetness, but kind of disappointing.

Chocolate and dark cocoa notes. Jet brown with a decent beige head. Dark chocolate and light sweetness and maybe a sour note.

330mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of dark chocolate upfront, with moderate sweetness. Flavour reveals liquid dark chocolate upfront, with tart dark fruits, and light caramel. Very chocolatey and fruity. Good stuff.

Draft at The Globe, Hong Kong. Near black with a tan head. Aroma of milk chocolate, cocoa powder, fudge and coffee. Flavour is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at the Globe, Hong Kong. Poured a clear dark brown colour with little life. The aroma is roasty malt, chocolate, lactose, light vanilla. The flavour is moderate to light sweet with a smooth, rich, light roasty, sweet chocolate, red berry fruit palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
