Tap @ the brewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, yeast, hops, fruits and has a sweet malty finish.

On tap at the brewery pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice wheat forward some banana notes and spice. Taste is more of the nice wheat forward notes some spice and bread.

18/5/2023. Flight pour at Zhang Men Brewery Taproom - Xinyi (Breeze). Pours slightly hazy pale golden orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma is wheaty, herbal, ripe banana, yeast, burnt rubber, green cabbage. Medium plus sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. My least favourite of 2 flights.

On tap at Zhang Men - Yongkang, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out candied sugar, clove and lots of estery banana notes. Flavour is loaded with very estery notes, with candied sugar, banana and lots of sweetness. This isn't good.

Draft at the Zhang Men Brewery, Hong Kong. Hazy dark golden with a white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast and light herbal notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and light bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Zhang Men, Kowloon. Poured a hazy golden colour with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is grainy malt, yeast, bubblegum, banana. The flavour is light acid citrus, with a light grainy, banana, light clove spice palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Draught at the ZhangMen taproom in Kaohsiung, on October 5, 2017. As a 250 ml pour for NT$160.5.2% and 11 IBU.Cloudy orange color, white head. Banana ester, clove phenol, malty, cream, a tad sweet taste. Banana, clove, some smoke aftertaste. Medium full, still sort of fizzy, mouthfeel. Medium low bitterness. Malty, banana, mild scent.7/3/7/3/13=3.3
