Tap @ the brewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, hops, coffee, licorice and has a nice roasty finish.

On tap at the brewery pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice rich toasted malts some smoke and ash. Taste is more of the nice roast malts a little chocolate some coffee and ash.

Dark roast and dark fruit. Jet black with a small brown head. Dark roast and chocolate with a bitter roasty finish.

On tap at Zhang Men, pours black with a small medium brown head. Aroma brings out light roast, with a touch of cocoa. Flavour is somewhat briny, sort of reminding me of an imperial oyster stout, with minimal roast and subdued earthy hops. This does seem on point - that briny character can't be intentional, can it? It's alright.

Draft at the Zhang Men Brewery, Hong Kong. Black with a tan head. Aroma of roast, dark chocolate, light burnt notes and caramel. Flavour is light heavy sweet and bitter. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Zhang Men, Kowloon. Poured a clear dark brown almost black colour. The aroma is a roasty, liqouirce, light charcoal, boozy alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet, liqouirce bitter with a smooth, rich, roasty, liqouirce bitter palate and a lingering alcohol bitter finish. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.

A deep dark stout with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with light coffee notes, light soy, light butterscotch, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with loads of alcohol warmth, bitter chocolate with coffee grind, dark fruits, molasses, very nice. On tap at Zhangmen Cha-Cha location.

Draught at the ZhangMen taproom in Kaohsiung, on October 5, 2017. As part of a flight.Had it down as "Imperial Stout" at 8.6% and 59 IBU. But had a pic of the board and compared now, is Professor X, though hard to realize at the bar when not reading the language.Black color, light brown head. Malty, chili (?), alcohol taste. Sweet, malty aftertaste. Full mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Alcohol, raw grain, malty scent.6/4/6/5/13=3.3
