Tap @ the brewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, hops, malt and flowers. Nice bitter finish.

On tap at the brewery pours out amber topped with a sand head. Nose is nice citrus hops caramel malts and some spice. Taste is more of the caramel malts and some citrus hops.

On tap at Zhang Men - H.K. Island, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is pure diacetyl, with almost nothing but. Flavour is nothing but diacetyl - just pure buttery, caramel popcorn. Just offensive. Needs fixing.

Draft at the Zhang Men Brewery, Hong Kong. Near clear golden amber with an off white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, peach, lychee and light malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and light heavy bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Tap at Zhang Men, Kowloon. Poured a copper colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, grassy, dank weedy hop, light citrus fruit hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light, crisp, light fruit, light metallic hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

A lightly hazed golden amber ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with light butterscotch, resinous and piney hops, pleasant. In mouth, a good biscuit malt with loads of resinous pungent floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. Well done. On tap at Kaohsiung cha-cha location.

Draught at the ZhangMen taproom in Kaohsiung, on October 6, 2017. As part of a flight.Think it is this one, was just up as "IPA" at 6.6% and 53 IBU, also some Chinese characters I cannot find. I can however find other references to 74 IPA with the same ABV and IBU.Hazy light brown color, tan head. Hoppy, citrus, light zest, pith, bitter taste. Citrus, zest aftertaste. Medium full mouthfeel, high bitterness. Hoppy, citrus scent.6/3/7/4/12=3.2

Spritziger, drückend bitterer Antrunk. Frischer Hopfen, dabei Aromen von Trauben, trocken, leicht blumig. Die aufkommende Trockenheit verringert dabei die Aromenvielfalt. Nett. 10/10/11/10//10
