Dark brown, has a nice chocolate and syrupy note, light coffee, good sweet toast and coffee. A very coffee-heavy variant.

Bottle at Black Christmas 2018
Dark brown colour. At first the coffee aroma is very strong but it fades quickly. Good chocolate flavour, the coffee and the alcohol create a less thick mouthfeel though.

22 oz. bottle, pours black with a tiny tan head. Nose is loaded with chocolate, roasted malt, and bourbon barrels. Flavour is lovely, with heaps of chocolate, bourbon barrels, and medium roast. Chocolate and barrel on the finish, with a touch of coffee. Very good.

During Black Christmas 2018. Hazy brown. Lots of coffee with some green peppers. Similar taste. Pretty sweet. Good one.

Double waxed bomber from Craft Beer Kings. Pours very dark brown with a creamy turning to bubbly/foamy tan head. Aroma extremely nice coffee. Extremely. Full + body. Flavor is so very softly pleasingly coffee and dark treacle with chocolate nibs. Itβs like a super smooth barrel aged beer. Which apparently it isnβt.

Poured from a 22 oz bottle. Aroma is coffee forward, but a slightly acidic and astringent coffee note. Medium light chocolate notes with hints of bourbon and alcohol. Light fruitiness. Pours black with a medium sized, thick, dark tan/light mocha head that recedes quickly to a thin film that lingers a bit on the edges. No lacing and moderate legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with chocolate notes and some lighter roast notes. Moderately strong coffee notes with some light acidity and hints of fruit. Medium light coffee notes and light bourbon. Faint oak and medium bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium full bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer. I like the coffee notes, though a bit acidic and the chocolate notes could be a bit stronger.
