Tap at Belle and Dragon, pours a clear burnt orange, sticky white head.  Nose smells like Sierra Nevada, malt, C Hops.  Flavor is a Sierra rip off. Dry and bitter finish.  7 4 7 3 13

330ml bottle from the Bottle Shop by Global Beer Exchange. Poured a light hazy golden colour with a big lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, big zesty, sugary citrus hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a crisp, fresh, malt, citrus fruit, light dry pepper spice, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

A golden ipa with a thick frothy lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with surprisingly interesting hop profile, herbaceous and piney, with definite Brett character. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with Orvalesque Brett, herbaceous hops, light mineral notes, nice and complex. Probably infected but some good Filipino Brett strain. Bottle at Los Indios Bravos, Boracay.

hazy amber color. Frothy white head. Very clean soft hoppy nose of apples and orange with mineral nose. Soft hoppy mouth with some aggressive spiciness underneath. A bit dirty, but pretty tasty malt accented IPA. Decent
