Bottle 0.75l. Lightly cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- sour, dough, exotic tones of guava, a bit flowery. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, touch of sourness, smooth, flowery, rose, guava, dough. Medium bodied.

0.75l bottle. Clear pale golden color with medium white head, gone in few seconds. Aroma: bland, indefinite, guava juice, sweet fruits. Taste: rather sweet than sour, juicy guava, I am not able to identify rose and miss more of the lactobacillus sourness. Light bodied, fizzy carbonation, light bitterness. Clock still has some work to do with sours.

Tap at Hedon Bazilica Tap Room, Budapest. Poured a crystal clear yellow straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeasty zesty citrus fruits, hay, straw, earthy leather. The flavour is moderate sour, light sweet, with a crisp, fresh, acid light tart citrus fruit palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.
