A rich and sweet red IPA emboldened by Cascade hops. Red Doe is a herbal and spicy beer that remains highly drinkable despite its impenetrable appearance and bold flavour profile.

Keg halfpint at Graingers, Dublin. Slightly hazy amber colour, white (or slightly off-white) head. Moderate fruity aroma, notes of berries. The flavour is sweeter than expected, some malts (including some mild roasty ones), hops and woody notes, but not perfectly balanced.
