A rich and sweet red IPA emboldened by Cascade hops. Red Doe is a herbal and spicy beer that remains highly drinkable despite its impenetrable appearance and bold flavour profile.

Bottle from beerhawk. A dark murky colour with light IPA aroma and touch of vinegar. A very nice beer in fact, feels like mix of cosy ale and nice IPA. Would be nice on cask I feel.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark amber to brown colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting and lacing, off-white head. Mellow malty and malt-spicy aroma with a nuttily touch, slightly grassy and citrusy hoppy overtones. Taste is bitter hoppy, minimally herbal and grassy, spicy malty background (rye?) with a nuttily touch, hints of orange zest and red berries; way too fizzy carbonation.

Almost clear deep amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Fluffy dry malts, not that sweet. Trace of smoke. Modest dry floral spice. Mild orange peel. Airy dry finish. Bitterness lingers on as does a little spice.
