Tap at Gallows Bird Tapiola, Espoo. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Some chili, fruits, paprika and some malts.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of green pepper and cucumber. Flavour is above light sweet and bitter. The pepper builds but balances nicely with the cucumber. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Fits the description. Aroma of cucumber and slight pepper. Taste starts with malt sweetness and heavy cucumber with a burn at the crisp finish. The chili heat intensifies a little in the aftertaste. Delicious.

Tap at the Ho Chi Minh brewpub. Poured a crystal clear light golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is big fresh cucumber. The flavour is light bitter with a light watery cucumber, malt, crisp warm, slightly burning chilli spice palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
