Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 01/06/2025.
Clear golden topped with a white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is orange zest, pine needle, ripe melon, crisp malts, grapefruit.
Taste comprises bitter orange, pine resin, grass, grapefruit, light stone fruit presence.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy clean drinking IPA.

Can. Near clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, light and mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Light malts, a modest sweetness thereof. Soft and semi dry cooling pine. Decent ripeish citrus offset by Nectaron stone fruits, reasonably juicy. Simcoe slightly lost here, at least, I can't taste the pineapple aspect this hop has developed over the last few years. West Coast in style but this more modern take avoids the godawful pit falls of trad.
