We’re excited to release the fifth installment of the Curiosity Series, aptly named Curiosity Five! In short, this beer in an imperial mash up of the Julius and Green recipes. The result is a beer that literally makes us giddy with excitement. It is perhaps the most fruit forward beer we have ever brewed while maintaining an extremely gentle palate. Absolutely delicious!

Canned 6/22/22, drunk 7/2/22. Heavily hazy, warm honey with little/no head. Big ol orange juice. Sweet, biscuity, cracker malts and light strawberry. Touch of pine and just a fruity, juicy experience. Soft and juicy, spicy and herbal with a bit of chalk and tons of lemon and orange. Yep, a solid rendition of Julius. Maybe a bit more bitterness than it ended up needing for the eventual standard.

Can (6/22/22) pour shared by ClarkVV. It's an opaque dark yellow with finger-width off-white head with excellent retention and nice lacing. Aroma is strong fruit salad, milder vegetal and malt backbone. Taste is as aroma. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, good strength but pretty nondescript.

Rockwell Tasting, December 2013. Growler thanks to Seth. Pours a cloudy orange with medium off white head. The aroma is strong citrus hop and dank. Medium mouth, dank hop, grapefruit and strong lingering bitterness. Very good.
