10 oz draft at Maine Beer Company in Freeport, Maine. The pour is a brown copper black with a 1/2 inch khaki head. The aroma is toasted cereal grain, along with a bit of earth. The taste is clean toasty, roasty, cereal grain, along with a nice mineral earthiness at the back. The palate is light bodied with active natural carbonation and a bone dry mineral finish. Crazy drinkable, very well done.
