Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Orangey amber colour, thin white rim and aroma of malt, wheat, caramel, dried fruit. Taste is malty, wheaty, caramel, fruity, orange, with some booze and bitterness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

29/3/2025. Bottle courtesy of Boris, cheers! An impressive corked wire-topped 750ml bottle. Opens with more of a whimper than a pop. Colour is bright copper orange with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is toffee, biscuit, caramel, yeast, golden syrup, dried fruits. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Very nice.
