Abandon oneself to the decadence of our new Gold Top DIPA. A sextet of some of our favourite hop varieties deliver a frenetic performance; heady hop oil unctuousness, followed by a platter of peach, melon, tangerine and grape, before a serving of caramel-capped banana splits. The cherry on top is the smidgen of lactose that tempers the hop intensity, rounds out the sweetness and heightens the luxuriance.

subdued dank bitter hoppy aroma, traditional DIPA like bitterness, not much flower or pine or grapefruit, more dank and resiny, a bit of bitter orange. while not very juicy or refreshing it is a pretty solid aroma, the way it is bittersweet hints of high quality, leading me to think this could be a great dipa sipper.
flavor is oranges, hop bitterness, exotic fruity hop bitterness, alc can be sensed. A bit over the top bittersweet, not my favorite combo.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting creamy white head. Aroma is creamy wheat, slick oats, sticky citrus, tangerine, breakfast orange, grapefruit, sticky citrus, alcohol. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, slick oats, rounded, spicy citrus, grapefruit, sticky citrus, creamy wheat, oats. Palate is medium sweet, sticky, moderate carbonation. Super juicy, lovely.

Can @ Delaneys, Odense. Pours hazy deep Golden orange with a frothy White head. Dank. Papaya and green. Berry sorbet, blueberries and gazoline. Smoothness. Short bitter finish. Easy quaffer, top solid, and yet not up there with the tops. 4.1

Nose is orange pith, grapefruit, pine needle, passionfruit, guava.
Taste comprises grapefruit, mandarin, stone fruit, pine resin, grass, dank spike.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a mellow boost.
Solid well rounded DIPA.

440ml can. Murky golden, white head. Aroma of sweet guava, mango, peaches, melon, some dank herbal notes. Taste is sweet, tropical, guava, mango, peach, melon, weedy herbal notes, a little white wine, low bitterness. Full bodied, smooth. Lactose usage annoying but acceptable here compared to previous Gold Tops, not so sweet this time. Much better!

Keg at St Albans Beer Shop, St Albans, Herts. A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Sweet, hoppy, mango, peach, caramel taste and aroma. Nice one from Track but quite sweet.
