Can to becher glass.
Appearance: clear yellow color with a two finger white foamy head which slid off at a nice pace
Aroma: soft piney to citrusy hop tones, crisp clean malts
Flavor: bittersweet goodness blending the hops and malts well; mild citrusy aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, smooth & soft on the tongue; finishes crisp, clean and piney hopped
Overall: I say a nicely done WC IPA worthy of coming back to.

Aroma is floral, bready, honeysuckle. Taste is lightly bitter with a light tartness. Doesn’t taste like a West Coast IPA too much. Something a little off about this beer. Maybe infected. Still drinkable, though.

Draught @ The Wicked Monk, Brooklyn (Oct 2024). Clear rich golden with a foamy off-white head, orange peel aroma, bitterish orange peel taste with floral hops, thin smooth body, long finish. Quite a smooth IPA.
