An instant favorite among many, this golden hue English ale boasts aromas of sweet floral honey mixed with light citrus zest. This quaffable ale has flavors of floral, honey, light citrus, and bready biscuit. The light dry finish does not stop the flavors of this beer from leaving the palate quickly, this beer has a nice lasting flavor that sticks with you till your next sip.

16 oz can. Don't know how familiar I am with this style, but let's dive in. Pours deep amber with no haze, but bubbles clinging to the glass. Toasty malt nose, with a slight side of English hop. Though the malts are light, they are up front on the taste, we'll say crouton toast. Just a little hop bitterness at first, that liners on my tongue, before resolving into a earthy, almost smoky Fuggles or Ringwood. Fizzy carbonation doesn't try to go for a pub or type. Finishes nice and easy after a day off beer sampling.

Brewery draught, 3/23/25.
Clear blonde-golden. Small, white head, moderate retention.
Bright and hoppy with some earth, a bit of cracker and biscuit and mostly an herbs and pepper finish. Clean. Mildly fruity.
Light-bodied but ample for its size with crackery malts, lots of herbs, floral notes, mild yellow fruits and mild yeast fruitiness. Clean. Snappy with good bitterness on the finish.
