Friends and fellow gustation experts at Good Word Brewing & Public House have helped us concoct a dram of unparalleled complexity and of unmatched quaffability. Each of us lovers of the fine art of smoking, we have taken a classic German-style Märzen and laced it with the finest cherrywood-smoked malt that money can buy.
Liars, Desires, and Pyres expresses delicate notes of deep forest smokehouses, spiced brown sugar, and honey roasted peanuts. Do yourself a favor and pair this with any foods that have seen the kiss of fire.

On the sweet side, notes of caramel and banana and a touch of yeast and lemon, followed by sourdough bread and smoke. Finishes yeasty. Not bad.

Single from the Blue Door. RB Zoom night. Clear Solo cup. Filtered, honey amber. Thin, frothy & sticky head. Veggie, hammy, lightly floral, hard water nose. Honey Nut Cheerios, lots of salt, mellow ham, kinda sweet, bigger veg & leather on the finish. Appreciate the delicate hand of smoke. A little syrupy, kinda high acid, low carb, slightly numbing, just fine abv. Okay to good. Needed some contrast.
