Tap. Pours clear hazel, small beige head, good lacing. Aroma is roasty, hint of ash, caramel. Flavor is light plus sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body. Clean.

Draught in philly: pours clear dark brown with off white head. Aroma is light toasty notes. Taste is light bitterness. Hints of caramel. Fairly dry.
