Maison Sassy creates a modern twist on classic Normandy cider. Their recipes are the product of years of fine-tuning and are kept a strict secret. Small-Batch is an extra-dry farmhouse-style cider. It’s made from 5 varieties of hand-selected apples. It's rustic, robust and deeply refreshing. Enjoy it with a cheese & charcuterie platter.

330ml bottle from Aeble. Deep golden colour, bubby white foam head and aroma of apple fruit, core, skin, funk. Taste is sweet, tangy, appley, with skin & core, funky and some tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tangy tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

750ml bottle from Majestic Wines, Solihull. Pours a clear gold with brief fizz. Aroma of fruity apple, some peel, blossom and slight funked barnyard. Taste starts quite sweet then has a moderate dry finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Its not fine batched cider but decent for £5.
