Keg, half pint at Cardinals Hat. Red-brownish body, misty. Filmy layer, minimal lacing. Vague berry skins on the nose. Sweet and mid-tart raspberries to the taste profile. Ends rather sweet. Drinkable. (Worcester 08.07.2018).

On tap at PureCraft, pours a cloudy bright amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart, overripe red fruits and a touch of lacto. Flavour follows similarly, with tart red fruits, an overripe character to them, and some light lacto. Nice fruity character that perhaps needs a bit more refinement. Solid attempt.

Keg at the Purecraft Bar and Kitchen, Birmingham. Poured a hazy orange amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, light raspberry. The flavour is light sour with a crisp, yeasty, light tart raspberry palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. It’s a light raspberry sour. Easy to drink but a little one dimensional.
