Poured from a can dated 04/01/26 into a becher pint

It pours a pale straw golden yellow with a slight haze, almost three fingers of eggshell white head. It's takes its time to settle leaving lots of sticky lace.

Aroma of crackery and biscuity malt, yeast, spicy and grassy noble hops.

The taste is similar to the aroma if not a bit more complex. Clean cracker and biscuit like malts meld with zesty and peppery noble hops. Lightly bitter grassy hop notes move in toward the finish making a refreshing beverage.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a medium carbonation, snappy, crisp and refreshing makes an extremely sessionable beer

Overall a very nice German pilsner. I'd gladly revisit this one again as summer nears. Jack's Abby knows a thing or two about a quality lager.

Pour is a golden with a large white head. Aroma is a nice cracker malt with a spicy hop. Flavor is a spicy hop dominate with some dry pils malt to back things up. This was a well made pils I guess only found at Trader Joe's

Thanks NFB! Real nice bready, clean pils, to go along with the Phightens in mid season form. Especially the bullpen.
