On tap at the Crafty Fox. Clear, pale honey gold, frothy. Strong cereal, oaty nose. Light honey breakfast cereal, mellow oats, semi-sweet. Mild & light. Not sloppy like most Tripels these days. It's rare that I enjoy a tripel.

Tap. Pours clear golden, large off white head, fluffy, good lacing. Aroma is Belgian yeast, floral, coriander, field grass. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter, heavy floral, grassy, black pepper, hint of honey. Medium body. Solid example.
