Vermilion, you loved it, we loved it, so we doubled it.

Deep red colour and big malty backbone with nice bitter hoppines to balance the sweetness.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 27/09/2025.
Reddish amber topped with a light beige covering that settles to a healthy swirl.
Nose is caramel malts, pine needle, earthy hops, candied orange peel.
Taste comprises orange marmalade, caramel malts, pine nibble, grass, citric tinged straw.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with earthy hop bitterness allied to a mellow boost.
Tidy kit.

Can. Near clear deep amber beer, small pale tan head that lasts! Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light but rich tasting malts, plenty of caramel and a little unsweet toffee, touch of malt cream. Good marmalade back end, tawny marmalade. Touch of fresher juicier citrus underneath but, fresher only in the context of the main flavour. Finishes light and semi dry finish brings little hop spice and a little more bitterness. Tres quaffable. I think this sub style is a bit under represented in the marketplace so, maybe a few less Citra, Mosaic, Nelson dipa s that have been done a gazillion times and perhaps a little more attention on something like this?

440ml can. Clear deep ruby red, big beige head. Aroma of caramel, toffee, resin. Taste is dominated by rich caramelly/toffee malts, some dark/berry fruits, resinous piney hoppy finish, adding a big hit of bitterness to the initially sweet malt flavour. Medium bodied. Excellent double RIPA.
