For the 4th year in a row we brewed a beer in collaboration with our friends at Outro Lado, this time to celebrate their 6th anniversary. Noctuary is beer decadence taken to the extreme! To our Imperial Stout base we added tons of banana, infinite chocolate and just the right dose of condensed milk to create yet another beer that isn't beer, but half of it is and the other half is thick and creamy magic! The result is quite to our taste and we believe it does justice to one of the best specialty bars in the country!

Looks: awful. Chocolaty, banana, milkshake aroma. Full-bodied, full viscocity. Chocolate, banana, vanilla. Nope... ZincFest 2025.

ZincFest2025. Ugly muddy pale brown colour with no head. Aroma is chocolate, vanilla, some coffee and mild bananas to it. Flavour is chocolate, banana, vanilla and some mild coffee and toasted tones to it. Ugliest beer in a long time as for the looks, but aroma and flavour were ok for a pastry beer.

Tap at BPBW 2025. Muddy pale brown body with particles, though it'd be a smoothie sour - but hey, it's a smoothie imperial stout. I guess. Emm... Coffee dominates the smooth, odd aroma, low banana. Coffee, odd chocolate notes, some banana detected, definitely a smoothie more than an imperial stout. A bit too weird.
