Bottle - Soured light balsamic and funk. Clearish amber with a small white head. Soured malts, touch of balsamic. Decent.

Amber-brown colour, without much head. It's tart, acetic, woody. Basic sour red, nice acetic note, good wood character. Not much complexity, but this is pretty good. Nice bourbon note.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy dark orange amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out some cabbage, balsamic vinegar, and subtle bourbon. Flavour is quite acetic, with many different clashing notes - some vegetal notes, bourbon and acetic vinegary notes. Not cohesive. Pretty lame.

375 ml bottle. Pours a clear reddish brown with initial moderate head. Aromas of dark cherries, soft balsamic vinegar, and vinous wood. Flavors of dark cherries, raspberries, tart fruit skins, and vinous wood, with a light sweet finish. A soft and refined Oud Bruin. Very nice.

From tap. Pours hazy brown to deep amber. Small tan head. Aroma is fruity, wineous. Slight sourish. Smooth fruity. Minerals. Lingering fruity. Wineous and mild sour finish.
