Tap @ Mikkeller Aarhus, 7.5%. Deep red with tiny head. Aroma is malt, berries, lemon, blueberries, spicy and yeast. Flavour is malt, berries, earthy, lemon, oak, sour, blueberries, citric, little sour, spicy, yeast and medium dry.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Pours almost clear deep red with a small light pink head. Aroma of malt, saison yeast, mild sourness, wood, oak, light spice, red berries. Flavor is light sweet, light sour, malt, yeasty, light spice, oak, red berries. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, light acidic finish. A little strange. 140219
