Bottle on 5th June 2023, received as a gift. Pours thickly hazy orange with quickly diminishing yellowy white foam and spot lacing. Citrus peel and tropical fruitiness in aroma. Tangy fruits in-mouth with spiciness. A lengthy finish of fruity spiciness. Zingy mouthfeel and plenty of body. Full of flavour.

On tap at Nipa in Manila, pours a clear orange with a ring of white head. Nose doesn't have a ton, there's orange and patchouli, some tea. Flavor has more, orange and grass, tannic and soap, some candy sweetness too. Finishes medium bodied, oily. 6 2 7 3 12

golden amber color with frothy white head. Good minty tropical fruit notes but again this slightly off putting rotting fruit notes on the palate. Medium bitterness and low carbonation. A bit lacking in umph. Not bad

6/4/2018. Bottle from Drinkka, Manila. Pours very slightly hazy golden amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of citrus and tropical fruit, hops, banana and pine, with a very light spiced/herbal edge. Light sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture and slightly above average carbonation. Lasting bitterness to finish, quite dry, with some peach coming through. One of the best Philippine beers I've had so far.

Tap at the Nipa Brew Taproom, Makati. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is malt, tropical citrus fruit, light dry woody hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a crisp, fresh, fruity, light dry pepper spice, soft woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. A fresh, fruity and easy drinking IPA. Superb.
