This hazy session IPA was brewed with the brand new Strata CGX from our friends at Crosby Hops.
As far as we know, this is the first ever Danish beer brewed with CGX. CGX is Crosby Hops' cryogenically concentrated hop pellets and it's absolutely amazing!
The kettle received a heavy dose of both Mosaic and Citra and we dry-hopped heavily with Strata CGX and El Dorado.
We are super happy to be back doing what we love - making awesome beer!

Bright fruity and light malty aroma and taste, packing in allot for the low abv with vibrant notes of grapefruit and melon, papaya, lychee, light malty backing, piney bitter hoppy finish. Tasty and highly quaffable.
