Amber-brown, medium head, mellow smoke accent, sweet malts, a touch of caramel, and the smoke is quite noticeable on the palate. A bit thin and sour in the very finish but not a bad example.

Keg at the Tap Station, Forbes. Poured a clear copper colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is smoke, bacon, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter sweet with a smooth rich, malt, dry woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

A hazed reddish amber ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light peated notes, light grassy hops, OK. In mouth, light sweet caramel malt with nice peated notes, light grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at Tap Station Ermita.
