Cask at the moon under water Watford Jdw. A clear pale yellow coloured pour with a a fading loose white head. Aroma is subdued low grains, light apple, grains light soap. Palate is lifeless, semi sweet, no condition. Flavour is composed of light grains, bread, little hedgerow hop, berry and grass. Firm bitterness. Not great.

Cask-conditioned, on gravity at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol March 2018. Deep gold in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. Some grassy hops, citrus fruits, rich tea malts and a moderately dry finish. Fine.

22/3/2018. Cask at the Wetherspoon Real Ale & Cider festival @ the Windmill, Stansted Airport. Pours pale gold/straw coloured with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon, hope and light herb. Moderate sweetness, medium business. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Lemony finish. Pretty good.

Cask at the Hope Tap (JDW), Reading. Yellow-gold with a thick white head and a moderate fizz. Herbal, grassy flavour with a little buttery caramel beneath and a dry, moderately bitter finish. Surprisingly full body. This is pretty decent for a lager.

Cask at JD Wetherspoon, Birmingham Airport. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is malt, grassy, light fruit, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a smooth, light, slightly watery malt, light creamy yeast, light fruit, dry woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask handpull at The Society Rooms Maidstone JDW. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Halfway from a grassy hoop golden ale to a lager. More a grassy golden ale light bitterness on the finish. Some line flavour OK.
