Pours deep black, medium sized, medium stable tanned head. Scent is sharp, not at all meeting expectations. Cloves, pencil sharpenings, highly aromatic, but not at all positive. Taste is sharp, thin, boozy, almost acidic. Mild coffee. No real maple, no vanilla at all. What you do get is sharpness, a shitload of cloves, pencil-wood, very aromatic but the very wrong aroma's. Is this a mislabeled beer ? This is sub-standard for Arpus, and far below that even. Unpleasant aroma, unpleasant taste. Not at all in line with the expectations.

Magus, hapukas, šokolaad, vahtrasiirup, vanilje, lihtsalt siirup... Pole minu teema.
