Mosaic hops lend to this light and fruity ale with a good bitterness and malt balance, coupled with refreshing hop aromatics. This session ale is bit on flavour and light in alcohol.

Draught at Tap Beer Bar, Riobertson Quay, Singapore. Poured a hazy golden colour with a long lasting frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is malt, cereals, light tropical fruit, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light crisp, fruity, light pepper spice, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering malt bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

This saison poured a medium amber colour with a bright white head. Scents include cream, ripe fruit and a little tea. First swig was smooth with flavours of grass, tea and cereal. Finish was quite hoppy with the tea/cream flavour lingering. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

355ml can. Pours a slightly hazy copper with a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Sweet, fruity, floral aroma of grapefruit, tropical fruit, melon and caramel malt. Sweet, fruity flavour of caramel malt, grapefruit, tropical fruit, biscuit, pine and grass with a dry, bitter, hop resin finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Wow! The label says it all, big on flavour and light in alcohol. Totally crushable. An excellent SIPA.

Can thanks to some bros. It pours clear pale gold with a small white head. The nose is fresh, fragrant, limey, floral, lemon rind and candy. The taste is crisp, tart, grassy bitterness lemon parfait, leaves grass and candy with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation with a small beige head. Not bad.

Can from On the Fly. Not picking up on this, not the way it was with the IPA. Light bodied, almost creamy consistency, light malty aroma. Taste is very crisp, pilsnerish, finishes with some sharp bitterness and a hint of metallic taste. I’ll try the rest of the six and see if my opinion changes.
