Risk & Reward is all about using non-traditional methods to deliver a delicious treat.

Teaming up with local legends Vocation brewery, we set out layering sweet & savoury flavours upon an imperial stout.

A hot and cold mash results in a silky smooth body, whilst generous additions of caramel add upfront hits of sweetness, followed by savoury notes and hints of umami.

One year after BB date, which may have helped it becoming more mellow and beer flavour. Black with a lasting tan head. Roasted aroma with caramel and plums. Sweet roasted flavour with light dessert notes and dried fruit.

Can. A black beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel, and dark chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, dark chocolate, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.
