Trolltunga is a jutting rock in Norway, hanging 700 metres over lake Ringedalsvatnet. Only the wary tread the path to the very edge. This beer was brewed to celebrate friendship and a love of wild places.

Bottled 330ml. -at Sir Williams Ljubljana. Unclear pale golden coloured, small white head, sourish citrusy nose. Acidic citrusy, light hoppy, notes of gooseberry and sourish finish. Pleasant but it seems like something is missing here.

bottle at home. Pours golden, clear, little head. Fruity and very acidic aroma, floral hops aroma is nicely noticeable even though the sour aromas are rather strong. Nice mouthfeel, sour, funky, nice carbonation. Medium body. Flavour has a great balance, malty flavours give a nice base, with a lot of sourness and tartness coming through. Hops is especially prominent in the finish, giving the beer a nice fruity/citrusy as well as herbal and earthy touch. Very enjoyable sour IPA, gooseberries come through in the tartness, I can't taste them as such though.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Delicious, fresh hops in the notes, piney and dank with a tartness to it. Medium body, lemony tartness and great, fresh aroma hops throughout. I don't get any impact of the gooseberries at all but it's actually a very well made Sour IPA. 181017

Aus der Flasche 2017-03 getrunken. YES! Ich mag diese IPA Themaverfehlung. Denn von einer Hopfennote ist hier nichts wahrzunehmen bzw. wird von der dominierenden Säure durch die Brett erfolgreich unterdrückt. Super Erfrischend das Zeug!
