Trolltunga is a jutting rock in Norway, hanging 700 metres over lake Ringedalsvatnet. Only the wary tread the path to the very edge. This beer was brewed to celebrate friendship and a love of wild places.

A collaboration with Lervig Aktiebryggeri from Stavanger, Norway.

Keg at Totally Tapped, Beeston. Mid- to dark gold, with a small ring of white head. Clear. Mothbally funk mixes with berry notes in the aroma. Gorgeous taste with a gooseberry-laden bittersweet eclipsing the sour up until the funky but reserved finish. Low to medium carbonation. Delicious.

330ml bottle. Pours clear golden orange with a thin white head. Aroma has strong gooseberry and citrus zest. Taste of sharp gooseberries, other berry fruits, citrus zest, very tart, tangy and sour, acidic, dry finish. Medium body and carbonation. An outstanding sour beer.

0.33 l bottle. Tasting session with Višnja 666 and Pilot Goran in the summer of 2017. Hazy golden, medium white head. Lemongrass, spice, berries. Quite sour, not bitter, light salty. Medium body, soft to moderate carbonation, sour finish. Nicely done, although they tend to call it an IPA, and there are no characteristics of the style whatsoever. For the fruit beer, it's good.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly transparent gold with limited white foam. Aroma is berries and markedly sour (leaves). Body is somehow light with moderate carbonation. Taste is sweet at first, after which a marked sourness emerges. Finish is average in length.
