Trolltunga is a jutting rock in Norway, hanging 700 metres over lake Ringedalsvatnet. Only the wary tread the path to the very edge. This beer was brewed to celebrate friendship and a love of wild places.

33 cl. bottle @ Alex and Suus, shared with Suus. Hazy light amber with a white head. Tropical fruit hops with gooseberries and a light tart note. Taste is sour with some additional sweetness as well. Finish is sour and very dry. Very nice.

Pretty solid saison. Lime and some hay. Good tangy apricot finish like marmelade without the sugar. Hazy golden pour. Tap at Beircab.

Bottled 08FEB18. Yay, finally. Lovely lactic tart, almost berliner but heavier. Fruity, dry, some straw. Some hoppy bitterness in the background. Very nice, plenty refreshing, easy drinking.

On tap in Athens, Greence. Has a heavy yeast and sour fruit aroma with some hay and donkey hair. Has a soft lasting head and a foggy orange body. Flavour is sour fruits and strong yeast, lots of citrus in there. Crisp and tangy finish. A decent sour but could use just a little more complexity.

Bottle 33 cl. Golden, cloudy with a white head. Aroma of sour berries and hops. Sour taste, and very sour taste, but still nice and fresh. Berries end.

Thanks Sandi! Hazy golden body, tiny white head. Berry aroma, slighly, full, funky but not that sour there. Taste-wise, it is, however, tartish with a mild underlying fruity presence, lean and elegant. Very much interesting and tasty in a way, even if not something I'd try often.
