From a 375ml can on 13/7/2018. Pours a hazy light golden with bugger all head. Has a light fruit salad nose. There's some sweet stone fruit (mango and apricot) up front, which is followed by the promised spicy kick. You do get kaffir lime leaf, mint and a touch of chili, which becomes more prominent as it goes down. Medium body with moderate carbonation. I'll give 'em points for trying something different, but it's a bit lacking in cohesion and just a touch harsh and rough at the back. The cat holding the hop on the can is cute.

375ml can. Pours murky pale yellow with a big white head. Chilli, mango, pineapple, soap, mint, lime, floral. I have no idea if I like this. I think maybe craft beer has gone too far. I do keep going back for more though...

Can. Pretty much opaque orange with a large doming white head. Aroma is succeeds in doing what they say they want to do - ripe sticky and unrripe tart tropical fruit, coriander root, Vietnamese mint. (nb Makrut lime is a better term - maybe there's a naming curse on this sort of beer) Palate is pretty clean despite the haze and fruit, crackery malt and spices mingle happily. The chile is not excessive but comes through nicely at the end. Lowish bitterness. There's a lot going on and everything gets a go.

Taster at Brewers Feast. Pours hazy yellow. Herbal nose plus citrus. Lives up to it's billing as NEIPA with a SE Asian twist (a SEAIPA??). Lovely Asian spices (kaffir lime is most apparent) plus juicy fruit burst. Nicely done.
