This medium 6% cider is well-rounded and easy to drink. Made on the family farm in Bishops Frome, the cider is made from a blend of bittersweet and sharp cider apples – Dabinett, Michelin and a smattering of Kingston Black. The fruit in our orchards is allowed to grow and fully ripen bringing out a full flavour in the cider.

500ml bottle from Atomic Beers, Yarm. Sparkling, golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is sweetish, appley, fruity, with some mellow tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable.
