Very crisp and clear copper and light bronze coloured body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall pure white head that fades quickly, but leaves a very nice, elegant white head on the sides. Aroma of grass, pine, flowers and a dry breadiness with some soft sugars noticeable and only a touch of alcohol here. Medium-bodied; Relatively rich malt shows at first with a slight grainy, almost lagery note and a touch of flowers here, along with some good stone fruit sweetness and robust malt notes at the end. Aftertaste shows a great malty and rich sweetness from some stone fruits that don't show an overpowering amount, but leave the end balanced and robust, without hops really being discussed much at all. Overall, while there are hops here and some bitterness throughout, the malt, yeast and especially apricot and stone fruit flavours show strongest of all. I sampled this sixteen ounce pour on draught at Fieldwork Brewery here in Napa, California on 11-March-2022 for US$8,00 sampled on my last day here in the state.

On draught at the brewery. First review of the beer! A great double west coaster that hides the alcohol well. Overt cotton candy and moderate passion fruit. Clear gold with small white cap. Flavor follows aroma.
