Crystal clear golden coloured body with a thinnish, pure white head that only shows at a single centimetre tall and fades pretty quickly. Aroma of very dank and skunky hops with a lot of pungency and grassy qualities and a strong amount of alpha acid bitterness with perhaps some citrus fruit, but not much malts or sweetness noticeable in the nose. Medium-bodied; Relatively balaned, but very strong flavours throughout with the skunky and slightly citrusey hops showing through the relatively rich and bready malts with some biscuity notes, but the hops dominate at the end with a lot of bitterness and quite a dank finish, in a good way. Aftertaste shows a lot of hop complexity with a good range of flavours and a nice balance with a solid kick of alpha acid bitterness, but a nice mellow fruity quality at the end. Overall, a pretty nice IPA with a solid hop complexity and large bitterness that hits nicely throughout and is dank and pungent throughout, but balanced nicely with the malts without being slightly sweet or cloying. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased yesterday from Whole Foods in Fort Collins, Colorado for US$1,99 on 31-January-2022 sampled a day later in my hotel room here in Cheyenne, Wyoming on 01-February-2022.
