Deadly Combination - Mosaic + Bru-1

Crisp and very pungent grassy and herbal notes at first that fade immediately to a melody, papaya and citrusey fruit flavour that shows a lot of dryness at first but brings out a vanilla, creamy and especially lactosey aroma that dominates, especially near the end and a bright and slightly grassy smell that punches through, especially towards the end. Medium to Full-bodied; Very strong earthy and creamy notes dominate with a lot of vanilla, lactose, earth and pure orange flavours that show a nice range and still bring out the complexity and range from the oranges and citrus fruits. Aftertaste shows some bitterness from the alpha acids and a lot of creamy flavours from the lactose and biscuity elements with some orange juice and dry grapefruit flavours near the end. Overall, a nice and enjoyable, super lactosey and pungent, crisp, citrusey flavour with a deep grapefruity and herbal finish with some flowers and light bitterness from the alpha acids hitting near the end. Good to sample and enjoyable, especially for those who really love the lactose and citrusey aspects of the New England style of an IPA. I sampled this sixteen ounce pint-sized can purchased from Whole Foods in New York (Columbus Circle), New York on 05-December-2021 for US$4,99 sampled on the train from New York back home to Washington for Christmas on 05-December-2021.

Can, from Whole Foods. Pours hazy rich yellow with foamy off-white head, faint citrus-mango aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter citrus-mango taste with faint pineapple flavor, thin body, long citrus-mango finish. Flavorful.
