Very clear golden coloured body with a slightest tinted and hazy golden glow, all with a large pure white head with a thinnish head that stays on the sides very nicely. Aroma of light grass, pine and a clean, very subdued malt presence along with some mild caster sugar notes and a touch of alpha acids near the end from the hops, but fairly soft. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and perfumey quality from both the malt and the hops with a lighter and soft bitterness that stems from the pine and perfumey hop notes, but a good balance from the malt coupled with a light sweetness on the end from simple caster sugar makes this robust, but easy-drinking without gimmicks. Aftertaste is clean-drinking, relatively straight-forward with only a touch of bitterness, but with some herbal notes, a good kick of perfume and a smooth malt note that balances things out nicely without being strong at all, while still providing complexity with the hops. Overall, a pretty nice low alcohol beer again from Aslin, in my opinion, what they do best. A good option to try if you can find it, for sure! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Wegman's McLean (Tyson's Corner), Virginia on 17-April-2021 for US$1,99 sampled in my hotel room here in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania on 12-May-2021.
